Upon arrival, I was met with unexpected charges for card payments. The staff's communication was lacking, and their mood was unwelcoming. The tuk-tuk service to the station stopped too early, leaving me stranded. adjustments to their schedule would be much appreciated.

Low water pressure in the shower!!! AC unit is annoyingly noisy!!! Sidewalk to BTS station is practically non-existent for luggage!!! Food safety should be a higher priority in preparation!!!

I had a delightful stay at K.V. Mansion. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and a lovely balcony. The staff were accommodating, and the free shuttle to the On Nut BTS station made exploring the city very convenient.
